Why should I send my device to Cellcrazy ?

All repairs can be easily booked in and paid for on-line and come with secure courier collection and delivery or customer can also bring it to the store for walk in service and a 1 year warranty on most repairs. How long will it take to repair my device?

Here at Cellcrazy we pride ourselves on a speedy and efficient service. Most repairs are carried out same day upon receiving your device; however this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. Some more involved repairs such as liquid damage may take longer. If there is a delay for any reason, you can track your order and we will keep you fully informed.

Is there a warranty?

There is a 12 month warranty on most repairs.Please check our Terms and Conditions for further details.

How do you return my device?

Your device will be returned free of charge and packaged in a specially designed box to ensure your device is protected during the journey. You will also be able to track your order throughout the whole process. Our free delivery policy only applies to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Other overseas locations are not cover and may incur additional charges.

How do I send in my device for repair?

Once you have selected your repair and paid, we will send you a confirmation email and we also instruct the courier for collection.So your device will be collected from your house or work place or you can also send your device to us with special delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Cellcrazy, we accept all major credit or debit cards.

When do I pay for the repair?

All payments are made upfront during the booking process and if you choose the walk in service you can also pay in store upon completion of repair.

Do you sell reconditioned phones?

Yes, we sell a number of different reconditioned phones.

I don't know what's wrong with my device, can you help?

Of course, we offer a detailed diagnostic service, just select this option in the main repair selection menu under the correct device or you can also bring your device in store and we offer while you wait service.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can,We will keep you updated with the process from start to end and we will also send you email upon receiving the device and on completion of repair.Once the device is fixed we will send your device by secured courier and we will also update you with the tracking details.

What areas do you cover?

We mainly cover the UK. However, we also serve international customers, however, postage is not covered for customers outside the UK.

Why do you ask for additional information?

At Cellcrazy, we have a very intelligent fraud detection system. To protect both ourselves and our customers if any order flags up with fraudulent activity we do ask the customer to provide additional information to validate the order.

Why do you ask for pictures?

In some circumstances we ask our customers to send in pictures of their device, this is usually to access the damages on the device.
